You hear a song you LOVE and your whole body instinctively wants to sing it at full volume…and then suddenly, out comes a tiny, polite half-squeak.
Who turned the volume down?
Maybe someone once told you to be quiet. And you were good. You were obedient. So good, in fact, that the instruction got installed. Now the same little program runs you automatically, at home, with family, at work, in relationships, in society. Only because you forgot that you’re actually the one running that disc, and that, at any moment, with more coherent energy, you can choose another one.
Or maybe you rebelled.
You refused to be quiet. You pushed back. You got punished for it. And somehow… that became a program too. Different story. Same repeat button. Same forgetting that the disc player is not you, and that the moment you realize you’re the one running it, you can start choosing what plays.
So what happens when we press STOP on that… and PLAY something juicy?
We get together for one delicious hour.
